Game Day Manufacturing ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information when you visit gdmanufacturing.com, contact us or place an order with us. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. What personal information we collect
We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for our business. This may include:
- Contact details such as your name, business or club name, email address, phone number and delivery address.
- Enquiry and order details such as the products you are interested in, quantities, designs, logos, artwork, sizing and any other information you send us.
- Payment and billing details needed to invoice and process your order.
- Website usage information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you arrived at our site (for example from a Google or Meta ad) and how you interact with our pages.
You can browse our website without telling us who you are. If you contact us anonymously or under a pseudonym we will do our best to help, but we may not be able to quote on or fulfil an order without your contact details.
2. How we collect it
- When you complete a quote or contact form on our website.
- When you email us, phone us or speak with our team.
- When you place and pay for an order.
- Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies when you use our website (see section 6).
- From third parties such as your club, league or organisation when they arrange an order on your behalf.
3. Why we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes, designs and samples.
- To manufacture, deliver and support your order, including after-sales service.
- To manage invoicing, payments and our business records.
- To improve our website, products and service.
- To measure how our advertising performs and show you relevant ads (see section 6).
- To send you updates or offers, where you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet our legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it, only as needed, with:
- Our manufacturing team and factory in Vietnam, so your order can be designed, sampled and produced.
- Freight, courier and customs providers who deliver your order.
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email delivery, payment processing, accounting and IT support.
- Analytics and advertising providers, including Google, Meta and Microsoft (see section 6).
- Professional advisers, or government and regulatory bodies where required by law.
5. Overseas disclosure
Because we manufacture in our own factory in Vietnam, order details you give us (such as names, numbers, logos, sizing and delivery information) will be sent to our team in Vietnam. Some of our service providers, including Google, Meta and Microsoft, may store or process information in the United States and other countries. We take reasonable steps to make sure overseas recipients handle your information in a way that is consistent with the APPs.
6. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are essential for the site to work, and others help us understand how the site is used and measure our advertising. These include:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use our website.
- Google Ads, to measure enquiries from our ads and show our ads to people who have visited our site (remarketing).
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), to measure and improve our ads on Meta platforms.
- Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors scroll and click on our pages so we can improve the site. Clarity is set by default to mask what you type into form fields.
- Google reCAPTCHA on our forms, to protect them from spam and abuse. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the site may not work as intended. You can also manage ad personalisation through Google Ad Settings and your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
7. How we store and protect your information
We store personal information in secure systems, including our website, email and business software. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. When we no longer need your information for any purpose permitted by law, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
8. Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. If we cannot give you access, we will explain why.

If you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR, such as the right to request erasure of your data, restrict or object to processing, or ask for a copy of your data in a portable format.
