Who you will be dealing with
Game Day Manufacturing is a small, direct team. Simon Hosking is our Managing Director, Lee Van Dung is Head of Operations at our plant in Nhon Trach, Dong Nai, and Aaron Cusack is Global Sales Manager. You will deal with a dedicated account manager rather than a call centre, and the same person stays with your order from the first sample through to delivery.
What to include in your enquiry
The more you can tell us up front, the faster we can price it properly. Useful details are the sport or garment type, rough quantities and the size spread, your club or brand colours, whether you have artwork ready or need design help, and the date you need the kit in hand. If you have an existing garment you want matched, say so, because that changes the pattern we start from.
How long things take
We work on timelines as short as 10 working days, with fully custom apparel generally taking 4 to 6 weeks depending on volumes. Sampling adds time at the front, so if you want a physical sample approved before a bulk run, start the conversation earlier rather than compressing production later.
Samples, artwork and reorders
We can provide sample guidance and production support for brands and distributors as well as clubs. Artwork and specifications stay on file after your first order, so reorders, sponsor changes and mid season additions are quick.
